DECEMBER NEWS
On May 12th Al Wood and his son Myles left Mandeville, LA for Houston. They had planned to fly to Chiapas on the 13th with a medical team and join us in a missions trip to a remote village called Constitucion. A car accident occured that Thursday night and prayer began for God to spare Al's life and heal Myles from injuries. People of the nations have prayed! And God has heard and confirmed that Al has more left here to do. Myles has recovered completely, and Al is well on his way in the healing process. His family thanks you for your prayers these past months. Al returned home in November and continues with day trips for rehab at TIRR in Houston. He walks a mile a day with his cane and works a few hours each week in The Woodlands office. There have been many ups and downs in this journey, but God has been there every step of the way. Please continue to remember Al and his family during these next months of rehab. Also, we thank Cherie Colburn who faithfully kept so many of us updated on Al's progress. We wish the Wood family a very Merry Christmas and a blessed New Year!
